MPCTC posts training objectives and materials as a reference for agencies. These materials are either developed by MPCTC or a partner agency. For questions regarding these materials, please contact mpctc.dpscs@maryland.gov.

There are several training topics that law enforcement officers are mandated to complete every one, two or three years. For a full list of these topics and the associated statute/regulation, please view our List of Mandated Topics.

MD Department of Disabilities provides the curriculum, Law Enforcement & People with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Developmental Disabilities, to train law enforcement and first responders on how to appropriately and effectively interact with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
